What's your return policy?

Our products are made to order just for you, and in certain cases, personalized. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for our fulfilled orders. However, we are more than happy to accept returns in cases of a production error or defective items. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our support team at and provide a photo of the issue.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please send a pic to our Customer Experience team at and include your order number, so we can look into getting you a new one!

How can I return my order?

If you have received a damaged item and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at with your order number and include images of the damaged item. Upon submission of your request, we will provide you with a confirmation email and initiate the exchange or refund process without requiring you to return the item.
