ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we can not make changes or cancel an order after it has been submitted.
An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a preordered item, shoot an email to email@example.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.
We unfortunately don't have control over the taxes that are charged - they are added in automatically and are subject to tax laws that are currently being updated.
Yes, your card will be charged right away since we don't store payment information for security purposes.
Currently, it takes between 2-7 business days to process your order to ship, keep in mind these processing and shipping times can be longer depending on the congestion of orders.
Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days from the day it ships.
Please note that once a package is shipped, Life Goals List is no longer able to control transit times or responsible for delivery dates. Delays may occur as a result of inclement weather or mail service congestion during the delivery process. If your order is marked as "delivered" on the carrier's website, we cannot issue a refund or replace the item. If your item's tracking has not been updated for 30 days, please contact us here. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, and weight.
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

Returns And Exchange
At Life Goals List, our personalized and made-to-order products are printed just for you. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges can be made for fulfilled orders. We will, however, accept refunds due to production errors or flawed merchandise. If you need to process a refund, kindly reach out to our customer service at email@example.com and attach a picture of the damaged item.
Our products are made to order just for you, and in certain cases, personalized. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for our fulfilled orders. However, we are more than happy to accept returns in cases of a production error or defective items. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a photo of the issue.

If you have received a damaged item and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and include images of the damaged item. Upon submission of your request, we will provide you with a confirmation email and initiate the exchange or refund process without requiring you to return the item.
Once our customer service team accepts your refund, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, and the duration of the refund process depends on the payment method used. Generally, it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and the funds to be credited to your account.
As a business we're constantly changing our prices due to trends, sales demand and other various reasons. This, unfortunately, means that if the price has changed since you've ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.

We try to only advertise products available on-site at that time, however, sometimes this isn't always possible - if there is something you see advertised and it isn't in stock yet please feel free to email us for more information! We'll always try and help.
Due to high demand, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly! However, it's worth checking back as the site regularly updated. You can also sign up to receive a product notification when your fave items are available again! We include the option to sign up for back in stock email notifications on all of our sold-out products.
